For almost 60 years the Wick name has been associated with fine homebuilding in the Pacific Northwest. Now, a third generation family member heads this company.
Since 1952 companies headed by Wick family members have produced in excess of 3500 quality homes and condominiums, along with hundreds of apartment homes and small office complexes throughout the State of Washington.
Along the way Wick Homes has garnered many prestigious awards and acknowledgements such as Master Builder Association’s Legacy Member 25 Years of Membership recognition.
The Pacific Coast Builders Conference recognized Wick Homes’ Aerie condominium project as one of the 5 best low rise condominium projects in the 13 Western States.
Dan Wick
Dan Wick is a Seattle native with a lifetime of experience in the construction industry. As a third generation homebuilder Dan grew up in the business. He graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. After graduation Dan joined General Electric Company where he worked in the Marketing and Sales Division. In 1992 Dan left GE to join his father Donald R. Wick as a managing partner at Wick Homes. After Don stepped down in 1996 Dan became the Principal Member. Since then, the direction of the company has been Urban Infill or the redevelopment of in city lots to maximize use and value. Wick Homes continues to prosper, building both multi and single family homes.
Randy Ferguson
Randy Ferguson has been with Wick Homes for the past 12 years in a project management role. Randy has extensive knowledge in all phases of the construction process. He provides invaluable hands on experience to his position.
Paul Bainton
Paul Bainton is a superintendant for Wick Homes. He has been with the company since March of 2008. Prior to Wick Homes he was a superintendant for Crown Delta. Most of his 15 years of experience has come from doing numerous remodels and additions on a variety of different projects. Paul has also done new construction from the ground up and almost everything in between. He enjoys building and managing projects to their completion. In addition, Paul has been certified in asbestos abatement and hazardous materials removal.
Heidi DeBoer
Heidi DeBoer is Wick Homes’ Accountant. With over 15 years in this field, Heidi handles multiple projects and brings her passion for homes to Wick Homes. Prior to joining Wick Homes, she was the Assistant Controller at HL2. Heidi earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Central Washington University. After graduation, Heidi returned to her hometown of Edmonds where she currently resides with her husband and two sons.
